That’s a lie they don’t give you a appointment I did everything they said and they told me they couldn’t. Now I lost my flight

I travel same day and went there Tuesday. They will expedite 5 to 7 days if not giving you your passport that day. I highly suggest you get it squared away. Public parking is close by as well, only walking a block.
Make sure to bring copy of flight reservation with you. You shoukd have time :-)
