Yes. Just have your documents ( photo, form filled in black ink, id/drivers license, birth certificate....) and proof that you are leaving (example hotel or airplane confirmation) book an appointment on their website. If no appointments are available then go as a walk in as soon as they open up. They only do same day in emergency, they do in order of how soon you need them so you will most likely be done the day before you leave. You can have a friend or family member pick it up for you if you are not available, just let them know and they will tell you how, it doesn't cost any extra, your friend just has to have an id and sign a paper.
U can get it in 3 to 10 days if u have ur correct credentials or if u qualify for it...
