Go to the parking garage across the street from Pizzaolo!
In the parking garage next to the library park along the wall/row on the same side as the library - they are marked specificallt for Library Visitors. There are more up on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Though many 1st floor spaces are marked "one hour only" I've never seen it enforced in the 16 years I've been coming here. Not even one time! When times have been tough I've even "lived" in the garage (sad, I know) and nobody ever asked me to move my car. I've never seen or even heard about anyone being ticketed or towed. If there aren't any spaces left you can go to one of the other parking garages - there's one next to the theater, and one about two blocks away. There is street parking, but that does cost money & Arlington County does ticket & tow those cars. Hope this helps & Good Luck!
