The pool opens 5:30am Monday - Friday, 6AM Saturday and 8AM Sunday
Also the hours vary if you have a family. Family swim times are very specific times during the week.
The pool opens the same time as the rest of the gym, depending on the day of the week. I think 6AM most days. Brenda Roy is incorrect. There IS a pool featuring a river with current, an area to swim laps, and an area to do aquatic exercise. They also have a steam room, hot tub, and sauna.
