I absolutely loved this kennel. It's hard enough leaving our dog, Jet, when we go on vacation, but this made it a little easier. The staff is great, knowledgeable and friendly. The pictures posted on their social media was an added plus.

I called 4 times today looking for information about boarding two small dogs. First two-times I got a voicemail (11 AM) and I didn't leave a message. Third-time I called, a woman asked for my name and said someone would call me back to give me information about boarding. After not hearing back, I placed another call and a different woman answered, asked for my name to see where I was in queue. I gave her my name and apparently, I wasn't even on the list. She asked for my name so she can add me to the list of callbacks and I said not to bother. I was desperately trying to find a place to board my dogs on short notice and with the lack of communication and attentiveness - I wouldn't want to use this location. Why is it so hard to get a hold of someone during the day to obtain basic information? Hard Pass!

My Coco just loves it here!! He get to play and socialize and comes home tired. I have no worries about everyone keeping him safe, and the staffing team are just wonderful!! Everyone is so nice and pleasant!!
