Best place for us seniors to get and stay in shape. Hot tub, steam room and sauna! Riverwalk (current), heated water workout area, lap, and separate smaller pools; one with balance bar! Senior group aqua aerobics, strength, balance and pilates classes. All levels and all lead by very qualified friendly and motivating instructors with your safety and abilities in mind. Most adult (and children's) swim and water fitness classes come with the membership, and, for an affordable fee, private sessions are available, too. Family Swim days are also offered. PLUS... Clean, complete and up-to-date exercise/weight equipment. Zumba, yoga classes and more! Very affordable monthly dues! Ask for a free walk through and become immediately impressed!

Powell Wellness Center canceled their contract with Silver Sneakers because, in my humble opinion, their greed wasn't satisfied with what Silver Sneakers would pay them. Consequently they canceled the membership of most of the senior citizens. In my humble opinion, it's a shame that they're greed supercedes their concern for the health of the seniors in the community.

Powell does not accept Silver Sneakers, per the membership rep. There is a membership discount for seniors.

Yes, but if you don't have a family plan you have to pay per drop off. If you have kids I highly reccomend the family plan
