Effective June 14, 2022, our application fee is now $50 per person.
Our community features studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom with den, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom with den floor plans with a variety of layouts to match your needs. Our rents may change daily, so for the most-up-to-date pricing, we recommend that you check availability on the floor plans page. Additionally, we do have a $75 application fee for leaseholders & guarantors (if applicable), $50 application fee for authorized occupants, and a $500 non-refundable move-in fee. A security deposit equal to one month of rent is due on your move-in date when using a guarantor or if your credit screening is approved with a conditional acceptance.
