This is very late, but I lived at Sheridan Station for 7 years. I was one of the original tenants here and would still be living there had I not been relocated. I watched the building and services grow into an awesome community. The apartments are very nice, all iterations of the staff were very obliging. Sheridan has spoiled me with their amenities and quality of living. I would live here again if I had the opportunity, but as we see they very rarely have openings, thats a great sign.

Absolutely worst service. I tried calling for a simple document to be sent me, and I was hung up on after I requested it and then I tried calling 5 more times and was repeatedly hung up on. They don't care about their residents, they don't care if you need something, and they flat out don't care about you. Do not recommend

Hello. Sheridan Station does not have four bedroom units. We accept any form of verifiable income. If you're interested in a unit with WCS I would suggest contacting our corporate leasing office on 2023711220 ext. 9997 Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.

After a denial you will have to wait 6months if I'm not mistaken. Contact the property directly on 202.678.9100 for confirmation of this.
