Order arrived quickly and with no problems. The reason for only 4 stars is because of the polish holder. Everything was good except for it. It is too small to hold a regular sized bottle of gel polish or primer. I tried several different brands of each and none of them fit. Other than that I'm pleased with everything including the quality of product.

Yes, I bought and they did not ask me for the license
I went a month ago. It's a warehouse and you can't go inside and make a purchase. I drove over and was surprised there was no store. The woman that answered the door said I can order online and pick it up the next day. A license isn't required.
