As of April 18, 2022 we will no longer have breed restrictions.
Yes we do! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a monthly fee of $50 per pet. A one time $500.00 pet fee is also required at the time of move in.
