Yes, you can drop off in front of the building. Not sure about the dress code for Poli G. For the Above & Beyond show sneakers were allowed.

Right out front of the venue there is a curb for drop off, as well as parking areas you could pull into temporarily. I've never encountered a dress code here outside of dress smartly.
You can drop off right in front of the entrance. Not certain if there's a specific dress code for Polo G, but there wasn't one for Above & Beyond.
