I attended a company event that reserved the whole place. They setup karaoke with a live band. They opened their bar, had indoor and outdoor seating with the windows open. The bar tenders were fast and friendly. The food was good with prime rib, shrimp, green beans, mashed potatoes and more. Will definitely come back in the future.

You can park on the street or in the public parking area below the Warf. I dont believe Pearl Street has it's own parking garage or valet from what I experienced when I went.
10-15 minute walk from Waterfront metro (green line), and L'Enfant Plaza (green, yellow, blue, orange, and silver lines)
The garage is very convenient. Street parking is also an option, if you're willing to walk a block or two.
The entrance is on Pearl Street, which is east of The Anthem
