This place is so unprofessional they had me come over to get blood work done because I work weekdays and can’t get here. They had me waiting very long the lady came to me and said ur here for blood work I stated yes she then came back and said I don’t have you paperwork. The doctor came in and put my paper work in the lady walked pass twice and left me sitting for a hour just for blood work and she was laughing and having a great conversation. When I informed the doctor he acted as if he didn’t care. The nurse had a funky attitude when I asked her about it. I truly hate this place!! I rather go without help before I come here ever again!!

Walked in without an appointment and the staff greeted me like as if I was Royalty....To say the least, from the first point of contact with the security team. They supplied me with a mask because I came without one. Next stop was the information booth. Class act all the way and very helpful and friendly. Next was triage, the treatment was totally awesome and she was also so friendly. Doctor came in right after that and Man so far he's been amazing as well. All of this good fast treatment in less than one hours time. That I itself is truly amazing especially during these times. This place is ran top notch and should be rewarded just for being the people we need when we need people. Thanks you guys I wish I could give 10 Stars!!!!

Lab staff having personal conversations (gossiping) instead of tending to waiting patients. The last time I was here the Check-in staff was on a personal phone call the entire time. I couldn’t tell when she was talking to me or the person on the phone. They happily greet and speak to each other, “hey, girl! Where’s [redacted]? I like your hair.” But completely ignoring the presence of patients lol. This place is a joke.
