Not to be rude, but puppies should stay with their mom for at least 8 weeks. One month is too young
Do you know by any chance if they have some that are 1 Month old or less ??
What comes in changes weekly your best bet is to call directly to the SPCA and ask them I did meet some of the other day who is into pit bull rescues exclusively I try to find his phone number and if I could find it I'll post it for you.
