Well, company itself is good, service, connection, payments easy to make, reaching someone on phone easy. But if you call - avoid the older lady who sounds as in her last days. She really well might be, so dont expect her to do anything (not even think) thats why the stars are only 3, she will just try to get you off the phone. If you have misfortune to get connected to her, just hang up and try again. Young girl, in contrary, is just the best, I talked to her several times. She does execute request each time and correctly.

Would be nice if they let you know that when you move, your auto payments stop and you have to create a new account. But of course they don't let you know until they are about to turn your power off at the new house. Would be nice to receive and email, call, etc. letting me know that. Now I have to go pay a late fee and click that I would like to receive automatic payments again, even though I've been doing so for 4 years with them. Horrible customer service.

This is bs, I have never had anything positive happen with these people. They made a mess of my property when they cleared their lines on the easement and just left it for me to clean up They say I'm a partner but they treat me like a share cropper. I've never gotten a check for anything They say they are a non prof. but they are crooks and for profit for themselves..
