awesome ambience . . . wide open spaces . . . very quiet neighborhood . . . no road noises . . . outside road is not too wide and the place is only about half developed yet - so maybe traffic can become dense when more people start living there - but, i guess that applies to any developing neighborhood . . . . quality of construction of buildings is reasonably good

At the moment they're still putting up the remainder of the buildings... There's some good walking routes on site (or plans for a decent common with gazebo) but not installed yet.
Whirlpool is predominantly the brand of any appliance I've seen, I have been there many times (close family) and they're quite nice... The Units also range from nice to luxury depending on soze and whether you get a corner unit etc... Very impressive.
There are in believe the 3 to 4 doors on there are and they're either their own private garage or branch off under the units (like where a basement would be, within the foundation) but never got to see or count how many or how "private" they are... I just know its a chunck of change added to your worth and cost if you choose to have one/ are able to get one.
