From what I can see as a customer they do provide breakfast lunch and dinner, I'm assuming plated means to go, yes they do. I did not see a food truck and do not know if they are willing to travel to white sands. If you call the establishment they will be able to give more accurate answers to your questions. Good luck and I hope they do provide the services in question, their food is delicious.
