The best thing I did at this location was not renew my lease. My bike got stolen from the bike rack (while it had a lock on it) and multiple cars in the parking lot have been broken into. Suspicious people had been present on the property and had supposedly been a harm, but no information was given as to how they could harm us. Rent had been increased for the last two years, but it is not put towards security. When the office is notified about anything that happens, they say that security will be notified, but I saw a security guard four times (maybe) in the year that I lived here. I would definitely look anywhere else before settling for Country Crest.

If you have no where else to go it’s fine, but the management is disconnected. It’s a business first so don’t expect warmth or genuine level of attention/care. I would strongly urge anyone looking to move here not to, unless like I said there isn’t anywhere else. Loud neighbors as well but that may not be the case for others. Living here felt like getting the strong arm to keep the relationship of who’s playing and who’s renting. Manager is a bit cold.

I lived in the Country Crest Apartments for just over two years while attending Grad School. Lisa, the Apartment Manager, and her team are fantastic! I've never had a bad experience here. The grounds are well maintained, work orders were completed quickly, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. If work didn't require that I move to a different city, I would be renewing for a third year.

The apt was clean and the staff was very nice. However there were two issues: the electricity bills during the winter were outrageous. I mean, $250/mo for 2 bedroom apt? C'mon. I don't know what heater do they use but its or inefficient or something else is wrong with it. Also, the deposit was gone. They nicely fit all the maintenance work - cleaning the carpets twice, painting, etc. Out of $400, they sent me a check on $11. And the Comcast Xfinity always had bad reception.

We understand there can be frustrations when looking for an apartment, however, our resident screening process is clear and explained prior to a resident submitting an application for residency.
