The food is delicious! But every single time I go the wait is anywhere from 20-40 minutes. They will lie and keep saying 5 minutes over and over

Always consistent with the quality of food. I did have to wait about 45 mins to get it. I ordered online and it said 15-20 mins. So after I arrived to pick it up I was told about another 6 minutes.
