Rating is based simply on the fact that I’ve been here 3 totally different times and have encountered this - closed, be back soon. Shame on me, I should have learned after the second time to call ahead. I understand the staffing shortages, but it would be helpful if they could make this a more consistent time of day so they could list it in the google maps page. Most people google directions, check to make sure it’s open and head straight there.

Fantastic experience. Called ahead and spoke to Jose who was super friendly and patient. I had a few issues and he answered all my questions and made great suggestions. Went into the store later that day and he took care of everything for me. Again, giving me all my options and explaining everything in a clear and concise way. One of the best AT&T experiences I have had to date and I've been with them 12+ years.

Wish 0 was an option. Currently dealing with not getting the value of my trade-in. Debbie helped me to trade in my Samsung Galaxy s9+ for the s21 Ultra. Told me my phone would be eligible for $800 towards new phone. Even held my old phone in her hand to speak to someone on the phone about my acocunt. Ordered and was delivered. Fast forward to me going back to turn in my s9 and it no longer qualifies due to a Crack. Debbie saw my phone and saw the Crack (cannot be missed) and now Jose is telling me it is not worth enough. Jose was there that day too when I traded it in. I was told by Jose to spend $80 to replace the screen and come back..... everywhere is almost $300 to replace. It is a bait and switch. I obviously wouldn't have upgraded to the ultra, I would have gotten a lesser phone or held onto mine a bit longer until I could afford to replace the screen. She held my phone in her hand and flat out lied to me that it would qualify for the $800 discount on my new phone. Debbie is sitting pretty with her commission, now I'm going to be out money. Also, I think the manager would like to know that Debbie tried to buy earbuds off of me. I originally went to the store on Dec24th. During this time there was a promotion for 1/2 priced Samsung earbuds when you get a phone. I declined the earbuds offer. Debbie told me to get them, and then she'd pay me the $75 cash for the earbuds, Jose was egging me on to do it too. I didn't agree, but seriously Debbie???? First you're going to lie to me about my trade in, then try to aquire discounted earbuds through a customer.....? I'm sure that's a no-no. Thanks for nothing.

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
