At first I thought that the prices were a bit high for some of the meat, but I just had the best pulled pork that I think I've ever had! It was very well seasoned and very juicy. The service was great and wait times minimal. I will be back soon to try some of their other options.

Rudy's is one of the BEST BBQ places to grab some good food. It's never too early for BBQ...they open at 7 a.m.. Stopped in at the Las Cruces, NM location while on a business trip. Staff and food were AWESOME!! They offer a Military/Veteran discount. Thank you Rudy's!!

One of our favorite places to visit. Rudy's offers a variety of BBQ with a good selection of sides. We went during the day on Tuesday. It wasn't busy. Service was prompt. The restaurant was clean.. The pulled pork was full of flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were perfect sides.The banana pudding is absolutely delicious.

Nice BBQ ambiance. You pick your meal by weight. We ordered 1/2-lb of brisket, 1/4-lb of turkey, half a chicken, and 1/2- pound of pork ribs. Everything tasted really good. The turkey and chicken were not dry and were juicy. This was our first time here and the staff were helpful in explaining how to order and recommending which meats to choose. They were also friendly and checked in with us at our table. Two BBQ sauce choices...not spicy or spicy, which wasn't very spicy. Both were good.
