While my mom was a patient here they kept me up todate with everything, facility was clean, staff was friendly and professional. They always called her by name and I could tell it wasn't something done just while I was there. She was given great care while there.

Horrible place. DO NOT let a loved one go here. My son was there only 2 nights and had to return to the hospital because he wasn't took care of. This is how the squad picked him up. Asked the nurse to suction him even the squad driver and the driver had to do it himself before transport to OSU.

I’ve had family members stay here for rehab and always had a good experience. Staff was always kind and attentive. Facility was clean.

I have been sick and there are african girls(2) and 1 nstivr american girl. None of them we ill respond. I have been sittyng in feces in my bed for an hour plus they refuse to . help this is just the start of the problems. Thete was no toilet 3 paper for over a week. I would not take anyone there. The health dept needs involved
