We have two passengers who require scooters to get around. When we attempted to board the bus at the Marriott hotel this morning, we were surprised to find out that the “Big Bus Tours” was refusing to accommodate both our passengers and their scooter

Not every bus in the fleet is wheelchair accessible. Many of the London right hand buses were built without accessibility. 3 years ago there were even less. We ask that you make arrangements 48 hours in advance by contacting us directly. You can do that downloading our app and contacting us through chat.
