I placed an online order on January 14th. I went to pick it up and realized that it was the wrong batch of bourbon. I asked to return it and was incorrectly told that it was the only batch in stock. The order was then cancelled and I was told that the refund was processed on the 17th. It is now February 2nd and I still have not received it. I contacted the store again to tell them I had not received the refund and I have not received a response. I am shocked by how unprofessional this is.

I am a regular here. Was there around 3:55 pm on 12/31/2021. There was a guy not wearing a mask - not following the DC Covid policy. I asked help to the African American cashier (in orange color t-shirt) to confront the no masking guy. The cashier responded “YOU CAN GO TELL HIM YOURSELF”. Is this a joke? So your job is literally just being a cashier? Hope the store manger can find a better person to replace this unprofessional arrogant cashier. To the cashier — hope you get the Covid and suffer. Good luck 🤢
