It would be nice if the bus showed up. Our whole day was ruined. We were stranded and by the time the bus returned, it was too late to see anything else. The recorded narrative on the bus was not in sync. They would be talking about things we had already passed. Totally ruined our vacation and received no refund when requested. We were told we could have another bus ride. First of all, we had to leave. If you ruined one day, do you think we want to give you a chance to ruin another day. Totally disgusted and will tell everyone I know to totally AVOID your company. Would give MINUS stars if possible.

Unfortunately only one star, because the price-performance ratio does not match at the front and at the back. For more than 50 euros you get a cold bus, a departure plan that is not really followed, an audio guide that keeps breaking off and a bus that breaks down from time to time, although a replacement was provided relatively quickly. But this bus was a very old bus, the windows of which were taped so that you couldn't see anything out of the windows. Which of course makes total sense on a sightseeing tour! We regret it and would like our money back!

You do have to use your tickets two consecutive days in a row. You are not able to split them up throughout the week/month etc. The tickets have to be used one day, and then the following day. Ex: Saturday 14 July (1st day) and Sunday 15 July (2nd day)
The tour begins at the International Spy Museum. However if you download the Big Bus Tours app, you can have a list of all the stops, stop times, bus tracking, nearby attraction and it will point you to the closest stop near you!
The buses start at 9 AM, and end at 5 PM, regardless of which day ticket you buy.
No there is no free parking
Not every bus in the fleet is wheelchair accessible. Many of the London right hand buses were built without accessibility. 3 years ago there were even less. We ask that you make arrangements 48 hours in advance by contacting us directly. You can do that downloading our app and contacting us through chat. That being said, we will have ADA buses on the line any given day. In response to the question about two days, I believe I responded in the other chat box. Thank you!

You can probably get tickets on the day. There are usually reps at the stops who are selling tickets. BUT if you want to do the evening tour it might be best to pre-book in case they sell out.
