Not sure. You would have to ask the staff. They are very customer centrislc and may have a vegetarian dish. Best to ask them.
Most Mexican food is is not vegetarian. They do have Salads. I believe the range in bernalillo Have some vegetarian Mexican food there and it's a good place.
Found out the hard way. Only a vegetarian salad. Beans and rice are meat based. Staff was pretty friendly though.
