Yes you can but be careful because some of them bite and are mean. And don't wear and jewelry. My sister had her earring ripped off by one of the birds...

You can but be careful. Some of the parrots are friendly! There are friendly staff on hand to guide you. Its a great place!

You can interact with them however, I'd advise you to never "pet" a bird you don't know. It takes time to learn a birds body language and even then you can sometimes get bit. Parrots are not like domesticated animals so they often require time and trust before you can pet them with full confidence that you won't get bit.
