What is the health guarantee?

For weaned birds it is 30 days. For unweaned birds they are guaranteed until weaned as long as we are seeing the bird weekly for monitoring. During those periods we will cure or replace a sick or deceased bird. No refunds.

1 year as long as you bring it in for check ups every 1 or 2 weeks

I bought 2 finches from them almost 3 months ago my birds are in excellent health. Remember its a live animal their health status once they leave the store is dependent on the care they receive from their new owner. As a customer of theirs I can tell you ALL their birds looks gorgeous & healthy. You can tell for yourself once you walk in and actually see their selection. You can clearly tell these people take wonderful care of their birds. When people see my lil finches they get so many compliments about their colors because they're very vibrant & well maintained. I followed the guidelines of the workers & am consistent, I dont slack on their care. For a side note I learned the hard way.. If you get a bird get a water feeder. Don't use a water dish because if you don't change the water daily they will get sick from pooing in it. With a water feeder you fill it up & change it when its low. Your birds cannot contaminate their water with a water feeder but can from a dish.
