Pretty much the worst experience that I’ve had with a wealth managing company. They give authority to juniors who don’t have basic understanding of portfolio management the authority to manage transactions of tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars. If you trust this company with your cash you will regret it at some point. Either go to Charles Schwab or at least go to different branch.

I have to give "Fidelity Investments" 5 stars because there is nothing better than speaking to a human being that's so courteous and very helpful. It was a 1, 2, 3 situation. I hate the fact that companies try to save money by having us the members talking to a robot. Hopefully in the near future these robotic services become human
