PLEASE DO NOT USE DROP BOX I dropped off a package in the deposit bin a week ago. Package was lost and the item was worth hundreds. They never scanned the item in to their system and on my end it says my package hasn’t even reached the initial USPS location (just that I printed the shipping label) Never again will I be using this post office. I would encourage the same Update: it’s been over a month, still nothing. Wish I never went here to begin with.

DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!!!! A female employee by the name of Crystal with glasses and long box braids yelled and cursed at me for asking to speak to a manager after she ignored me for asking a mask related question. She went as far as getting up out of her seat to stand in front of me as if she was going to fight me. The manager heard her yelling and cursing and told her to stop and he apologized to me as she continued to yell. The manager had to ask her more than once to be quiet. CRYSTAL should not be doing customer service if she has no respect and no self control. Everyone who has a bad experience here, please file a formal complaint on the USPS website.

Horrible attitude by a female clerk at the reception. She is an African American woman with eyeglasses (Used to having braids before). I Went to mail a package and while she was waiting for the receipt to be printed I asked her politely if I can pick up my package that was there at this location for a couple of days without any attempts for delivery! She was very rude, nasty, disrespectful, impolite and every bad word and description you can find in the dictionary for unclear reason/(s)!!! She screamed "No you can't, Why are you coming to me huh? Why are you coming to me? Step a side, Step a side. I remember you from before. I don't want to deal with you"!!!!! I was shocked by her attitude and what she was saying and had no idea what was she talking about?!?!? .. I asked her politely to call her supervisor. She screamed again "Step a side" .. Obviously her supervisor had heard her loud voice and ran from his room and offered to help me after apologizing on behalf of her. The rude clerk screamed at her supervisor also and said: "Do not apologize" !!!!!!??!!!!! .. I filed a complaint online against that nasty clerk [I was able to identify her from the receipt that she gave me .. She is Clerk number (13)]. I definitely won't go back to this location again .. If I'll need anything from the post office in the future I'll may go to a different Scarsdale or maybe White Plains location.

Black lady with short hair on 12/25 (working alongside the man doing the passports)was the most-arrogant and unhelpful person ever to the person in front of me and me . She actually recommended the lady in front of me to go to fedex for her issue, which is unheard offf . When I asked her about products she was unknowledgeable and dismissive about anything and prices that were sold at her location. On top of her attitude the whole time she attended me , she proceeded to snarlingly say have a “blessed day “ . Usually don’t write anything about anyone but this was such an unpleasant experience when it didn’t need to be .
