Yes this is a real company. I've never had a problem with customer service. They have always been cordial and helpful. My deliveries are always on time and I'm notified by text and by the recipient.

My son purchased an arrangement to be delivered, and NO WHERE on the description NOR the confirmation was there information that the flowers would be delivered via UPS. He expected the flowers to be hand-delivered. Beware.
