Everyone at Right at Home has made things very easy, from Colleen in the front office to my father's caregiver, James. They provide constant communication and if there is going to be an issue, they let me know as soon as they know. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I’ve been an employee of Right at Home Old Saybrook for about a year and a half now. The staff and clients are what make my job so enjoyable and I do everything I can to make each one have a wonderful experience with us. The owner Dave is very hands on and supportive in any way he can be. Dave pours his heart into his business and it shows through the care his agency provides.

Right at Home caregivers are highly trained and can handle tough situations and challenging clients. Many of our caregivers have special certifications and/or experience in different areas of the senior care continuum, but they all receive continuing education through Right at Home University to grow their skills through online coursework, webinars, and in-person group training.
All of our caregivers must pass a background check and a drug screening before they are even considered for a position on our team. These checks help ensure the safety and security of our agency, our employees and, most importantly, the clients and families we serve.
