I would give zero stars if possible. Walked in at 710pm on Monday evening to the receptionist looking annoyed & rolling her eyes. I explained what was going on w my boyfriend an she goes were not excepting anymore patients yr boyfriend would get better care at the ER. Apparently she thinks shes a doctor?? I asked her to check with whoever was in charge in back and explained I’m 4 1/2 months pregnant and don’t feel comfortable going to the ER with him. Again we were REFUSED SERVICE when they are open for almost another hour . Was told to come back tomorrow morning or go to the ER. Yes with someone who can barely walk an was in excruciating pain. I called to complain the next day and was given a hard time when I asked for the office manager. Left my information and the heartless manager Melissa never even bothered called back. Apparently this establishment does not believe in the healthcare needs of all patients. They were cold heartless lazy & insensitive to my boyfriend who could barely walk and was in excruciating pain. Urgent care my a**. An to the receptionist that thought she was a doctor your facility should be able to treat a sprained ankle which was inflamed with gout… Extremely painful… Don't waste your time on this facility an the in-compassionate & unprofessional staff including the office manager Melissa.

Jessica Paulson is an exception provider. Great listening skills, very reassuring and doesn't rush. Wish she worked in primary care!

Middlesex Health Urgent Care evaluates each patient individually. While urgent care locations provide drive-up COVID-19 testing, they also evaluate patients in person and through telehealth visits to ensure that all patients feel comfortable while getting the care they need. Upon arrival, you should park in the designated drive-up testing parking spaces and call your Urgent Care office from your car. You will then speak with a staff member to complete your registration and get instructions on how to proceed. A Middlesex Health Urgent Care staff member may come to your car to evaluate you and administer your COVID-19 test, if needed, unless you are instructed to enter the urgent care office. Please keep your mask on at all times and maintain your social distance as you interact with staff. Middlesex Health Urgent Care will do its best to evaluate you as quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated if you experience longer than normal wait times.
