Coquina Crossing is a fabulous place!!!! Rented a furnished house for 6 months... unfortunately my Father-in-law couldn't stay in it because of water damage & mold!! The man that runs it (So sorry I can't remember his name) is superb!!!! He did get us out of our lease due to reasons stated. The people that owned the house didn't want to help us in anyway. Tom & Kay were very disrespectful to my 89 year old Father-in-law & acted & stated it was his fault... so sad. We should have got our last month of rent back by law & just plain human kindness which Tom & Kay didn't present. Having said all this I LOVE COQUINA CROSSING & all the amenities. My Father-in-law was wanting to buy a house there & I as well was wishing this for him, it would of been PERFECT & he did see about 4 he was really interested in. Unfortunately not getting his money back from Tom & Kay made him not want to go through with it. CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE renting or buying!!! I learned a big lesson from this.
