You can get some good deals on manufactured homes if you look. The cost of the HOA for the fantastic pool clubhouse, etc is extremely high. You have to pay for everything yourself sewer, water, electricity, garbage pick up and you even have to mow your own lawn.
We & my wife thought about buying a home there & paying outright cash but the houses are manufactured & pretty old. The non water view lot rental is $800 & $900 for lake view & we could not get over that high HOA. The amenities were fantastic but not for $900.
Depends on the lot and previous rental. Each is different.
That depends if the house backs up to a preserve or has a lake view or backs up to another house.
