Hoa fees are $20/yrs. Lot rents are based on house location. On water is the most expensive at $816, woods ( behind house) is about $775, interior lots back up to other properties and is the least at $620/ more. Lot rental Rates go up 4% every year.
There is no HOA but there is a Resident Fee of over $600.00 per month!
