Three beds. The couch folds out and it's a pull out bed over the table.
1 bed. 1 pull out couch. 1 Murphy bed.
Our suite has 3 beds and 2 bath. 1 bed is a pull out couch, 1 a Murphy bed, and the other is the bedroom.
