Can I go to ask questions about credit card issues, I was approved in February and still haven't received my card? I need to speak with someone in person, no more phone call

I would ask you one thing probably it's lost in the mail, best thing go to nearest branch and tell them, my son works for citibank, in Florida, l live in London

You may visit a branch which can help you call in to customer service for your credit card account, but this location does not include in person customer service for the credit card accounts. The best thing is to call the number on the back of your card or go online and chat with an agent for help with your account.

Yes you can, but if you havent received your card, please verify your address and they can send another. Most of the time it's either a wrong address or the post office lost or returned it. Since its your first card they will have to send it normal mail 7-10 business days.
