The best thing is to call the number on the back of your card or go online and chat with an agent for help with your account.

Yes you can, but if you havent received your card, please verify your address and they can send another. Most of the time it's either a wrong address or the post office lost or returned it. Since its your first card they will have to send it normal mail 7-10 business days.
