They never answer their phone call, no matter when you call. In the store, they tell you to call them if you need help, but they never pick up. I have been on hold for over an hour- no other Pharmacy I have contacted does this.

This CVS pharmacy took their sweet time transferring my prescription over to publix, TEN FREAKIN HOURS TO BE EXACT. Also the guy on the phone was rude.

Went to drop off a package at the UPS drop off and was met with an associate that thought it was “bullsh*t” that they have to be a drop off and basically embarrassed me!
