Hi Nick! Thanks for the question! I would say kids above the age of about 12 or 13 would be okay. It's definitely a class that focuses heavily on defensive use of a firearm and we do show videos of actual violent situations and analyze them. My son is 13 and has been attending the class from time to time since age 11 and he understands that there are bad guys out there.
