After all the troubles other banks had your going to change your site too. That’s just Stupid. I hope it works because I will leave Navy Federal, they have seen how people couldn’t pay bills or get money. I have no faith that new site will work !!!!!

No. You don't have to...my brother recently became a member online with the assistance of a family sponsor. You can apply for a loan online at NavyFederal.org. You can also become a member online as well.
It is open, full service. Not sure about any renovation you are referring to.
You can access your account on line by entering your access number and password to your online banking
