I've decided to post this everywhere I can. My experience with this online bank (not the physical branch) has been the worse one I've ever had. Every single online bank except Citi restricts the customer to only a $15,000 a month transfer from their Citi high yield savings account to their external account. Every other online bank has no limit: Discover, Synchrony, Capital One, American Express. Yes, you read right: No limit!!!!!!! As a result I have no way of conducting business. It would take almost 2 years to get my money out at that ridiculous low amount. This is not a CD!!! I could not possibly recommend this online bank to anyone. Citi traps your money and makes it almost impossible to get out. The main point of my review is this: Limiting customers to $15,000 a month to an external account is absolutely foolish and is not practiced by any other online bank I have found. I'm super disappointed in their policy and everyone knows this is not an honest business practice.
