My family lost a love one last month and would like to do a memory gathering picnic and release balloons here. It will probably be about 20-30 of us. Will we need a permit, and is there a park procedure for this type of gathering?

The park is small and so is the parking lot. It would be great to have that kind if gathering but it wouldbe best to check with park and recreations

I'm not sure about that. They do have parking but not real big.
