I asked for BBQ sauce but in my bag was Zak Sauce. If I wouldn't have checked I would have gotten home with Zak Sauce. The sticker on the bag said "No Zak Sauce" so why was it in my bag? The reason I come inside your restaurant is you made so many mistakes on sauce and my Drink orders that I take the time to come inside to order my food. One other point the Texas Toast had so much butter after taking a bite. I couldn't eat anymore. A customer fan of this chain of fast food.

Waited almost an hour for a grilled chicken salad. Very incompetent staff. Although the Manger was very apologetic, his staff was very unprofessional and were not attentive to the orders being placed. This location has went downhill in service. Look to go to another establishment.

I don't know how else to explain it other than this business has became very money hungry. You can't order single fingers and they charge $3 for their tap water. Your employees all seem to be confused on your menu and it's very obvious how annoyed they are to be there. I have been avoiding zaxbys because your prices are just crazy but I am pregnant and was craving your chicken. After today's experience I will let the craving stay a craving next time.

Out of the past 5 orders not once have they gave me what I ordered. I’ve never got the sauces I paid for and 2/5 didn’t even get the right meal. The service is awful because nobody cares at all. If your order Is wrong and you bring it up expect a mean face and a long wait. I’m sad to say we’re done here. I’m nice and courteous but clearly an inconvenience for them no matter what I do. No more!
