If you like being threatened with police and tickets for sitting with your child at the bus stop or your friends chased off the property for not living there, then this is the place for you! Right across from elementary school where the maintenance workers run parents off and harass crosswalk ladies who are just trying to get the kids across safely. They post no parking signs everywhere. Crime is rising and all they care about is their droll grey sign not being seen. I pity the residents of this establishment. And i hope your kids are ok.

I'll say this it's clean. Not a place I would live again.
From what I heard it does. It should state in the lease. Read it very carefully bc there have been people who have owned homes and rented the lot and ended up losing everything. It's better in my opinion not to own a trailer on somebody else's lot.
You won't find cheap here, I pay almost $500 a month just for lot rent. It goes up every year. Now they added your share of their taxes and my favorite is storm water removal. There is NO drains so I guess we pay to watch the storm water run down the street curb high at times. With the speed bumps it creates a nice lake in front of each one.
