They use some kind of formula to generate your water, sewer, and trash. You are never charged for your own usage. You pay for your neighbors x 3. 1 month your sewer bill will be as high as $37, water bill $14, trash $14.50. Then there is the service fee $14, CAM fee this changes monthly $35-40. Maybe you will be one of the special ones who won't have to pay it, but maybe not. Then the $55 manditory fees. Then the rent. So tally that up. Hope you catch the rent on a low day. It changes daily.

Utilities add 100$ to your bill. Cable is included for 30$. You pay 10$ for parking and don’t get a specific spot. The hot water has been ok. The heating you pay to Rocky Mountain Power and it goes up a lot in the winter.

This apartment will add at least $100 for fees including water/sewage/trash ( varies each month), cable ($35 required), parking ($10 required & no assigned spot) along with other “non specific” charges. Electric is paid through Rocky Mnt Power and is pricey (the AC & Heat units are pricey to run and dont work well
