This is a great place to live. Great amenities and neighbor. The staff is outstanding with great community events. The track beside the facility is great for me and my dog. Be careful...the price of rent is jacked up significantly after the first year.

I've lived here for a year, and it's been the best move ever. The staff, facility, and amenities, as well as being close to everything helps, and is great. Everyone who lives here cares about each other, and the activities we all share are a lot of fun. You should come and see the place soon

MAGICAL DRAGON BREATH

When I first moved into the apartment they told me that they lost the money order I gave to them for the admin fee and for this reason they again took admin fee from me for the second time, when I called the money order costumer service to cancel and refund my money back they told me that the money has been taken, even so I couldn't make any complaint or object. After I moved into the apartment, 2-3 weeks later I noticed millions of dog hair all around the home inside the carpets, I even told this 1-2 times to someone who worked there but they did not do anything other than say sorry, yet I managed the situation, until I moved to a new apartment I kept patient, I paid my rent and any other fees every month to the apartment timely and regularly, and even though I paid a non-refundable deposit to them, after I moved from the apartment I received a house cleaning bill, and carpet cleaning was also included in this bill .. I didn't want to make any payment, after two months they sent me a letter with a bill twice as high as the first one and in the letter they said if I don't make a payment they will open a case against me. All I wrote is true, for not being able to express myself and my complaint in English I didn't want to deal with it. Also, the lady who is the apartment management manager has an attitude as if she is the boss of the tenants and as if the tenants are her workers, instead of doing her job to help the tenants. And, the apartment wasn't heating up properly during the cold winter months when I was living there. Even though the heater was open and at a high degree I couldn't sleep because I was very cold. Just because I don't want to deal with the court and because I can't express myself in English, I will make the payment however for real justice I'm leaving this to god. I wrote this because I wanted to do good to those who want to come to this apartment as tenants.

We needed a 6 month lease while our new home was being constructed. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in living here. Tara, Hayley, and Paul (manager, receptionist, and maintenance) are exceptional and so responsive to residents' needs. We have met so many who live here, who had lived in other apartments, who often say that this is the most friendly place they have lived. We found the accommodations comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and exercise room. We would come back. We highly recommend this apartment complex.
