It's a great starter apartment but none of the appliances were updated. When I first signed the lease the lady said the apartment was 25 years old and it shows. The oven is very old and is used. For the first couple months I called once a week because one of my burner would stop working and needed to get it repaired. They have updated the outside of the apartments and kept the area clean but the inside shows their age. I've had issues with my AC and heater everytime the seasons changed but was always able to get it fixed. It was just annoying that it never fully got fixed. The rent is not worth the apartments at all. They recently raised the rent again because they claim they go off what rent around the area is worth, Which would not be an issue if it was worth what you are paying. I know the housing market it terrible and rent is high, but you can get into a newer/updated apartment the same price as this. Overall the staff is great but there are other options.

This place is ghetto everything is outdated, The staff is extremely rude, so is the new manager, they keep raising rent and for what? they are not even updating anything; half the appliances leak or do not work. Not military friendly here as well. There are newer apartments close by that are cheaper for a 1 bedroom 1 bath. My neighbors vehicle was broken into and someone else I talked to here has had their Cadillac converter stolen. This place is not worth what they ask. Avoid this place. Especially if you’re military, they won’t work with you or help you.

Talk about gouging people. This place looks like 70s interior. But they bumped the rent to 1400 for a single bedroom. Times are tough, but try to avoid sterling point.

It's not even worth one star, it needs to have a negative star. The management doesn't care to answer the phones when you call, and having the apartments set at 68 degrees doesn't cut it for the hot summer months, the bedrooms are to small and the rent isn't worth it, paying $1,300 for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and paying $1,600 for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment isn't worth it. Nothing doesn't work half the time. When I was moving out I called and left them a voice mail, they never called me back and they never listened to it, so now I have to pay for the apartment that I haven't lived in for 2 months. Don't live here it's a freaking joke, no one knows how to do their job!!!

You don't want to live here anyways. They'll lie to your face & charge you double just because. Even if they signed & agreed with you
2 bedroom 1 bath with vaulted ceiling and pay 1125.00 a month
