I'll assume you mean sugar free or low carb sweets. Yes. As a diabetic myself, I'll try a small serving of whatever I've been craving with a protein to keep my blood sugar from spiking. Everybody's blood sugar is different after eating the same Foods so I don't know if that will work for you. If you like apple pie and can live without the crust, peel and slice a couple apples and cook with some diet strawberry soda for liquid and add some cinnamon or nutmeg or whatever apple pie spice you like. for the protein you can add a few pecans or a couple tablespoons of vanilla ice cream. my favorite dessert is strawberries or raspberries with vanilla yogurt. Oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt is it good choice for diabetics. It's almost like whipping cream. And berries are lower in sugar and most other fruits. Good luck.
