The Talk Back feature mysteriously activated on my phone. The gentleman that greets you as you walk in the door recognized my look of panic and deactivated it for me. No questions asked. Great service!! Thanks!!

First person I talked to wasn't super helpful or knowledgeable to what I wad asking for.... however, second visit with Nadine was awesome! Super friendly and helpful 3rd trip for an upgrade to all phones went great, fast friendly, best deals, best signal.... Verizon is killing it.

I went in just to get a pop socket and new case for my iPhone 12 pro max and immediately was helped by a wonderful worker named Tori. She is an absolute sweetheart and went out of her way to ask me what kind of cases I liked and grabbed a whole section from the back for me along with a bunch of pop sockets. She debated which one I should pick when I asked for her input along with how good the cases were with drop protection and what styles go best with which. She is an absolute sweet heart and goes above and beyond at her job. I recommend going here if you need anything phone/ Verizon related and saying hello to her !! She deserves a raise.

Questions & Answers

I live in Alaska. While in Norway, to avoid extra charges, do I need to keep my phone on Airplane Mode the whole time? Will I be able to use Wi-Fi while on Airplane Mode?

Yes, you can I have done it plenty of times

Is there any plans on extending signal or making it better for those on Eielson? The wireless here is terrible and it honestly annoys me that I pay so much and barley get any service on base.

I would stop by the store to make sure all your settings are correct for Alaska. The network for Verizon in Alaska is slightly different from the rest of the United States. Also, Alaska is a young market for VZW. Don't be surprised to see new towers going up to improve signal in various areas.
